1This TestDrive allows you to both see and interact with the full product so that you can more readily see the detail and features GoldMine provides.
2After entering the TestDrive, you will see four tabs at the bottom of the screen:

•“Your Login” – send the login information to your smartphone to try GoldMine Web on your device. Use the login credentials from this tab
•“GoldMine Web” – the browser access to GoldMine; use the login credentials specified on the “Your Login” tab
•“Inbox – Personal Folders…” – displays the Microsoft Outlook Inbox showing linked e-mails or scheduled activities to GoldMine contacts
•“GoldMine Premium Edition” - the full desktop client of GoldMine Premium Edition

3Click the “Overview” button at the top of the TestDrive screen to view a brief navigation overview video – perhaps helpful before you start working with the GoldMine desktop
4Want to try GM Web live on your own device? Enter an email address on the “Your Login” tab and a message will be sent with a URL – open this link on your device while in the TestDrive. Login and you’ll be able to access data in the client:

5Once in GoldMine, you can click through the menus to see features and detail – use Online Help (F1 key) for help anywhere in the GoldMine desktop.

•We have set the product to display some simple data ---
•Type ‘Brian’ in the “Universal Search” box and click GO – see all the data entities with that word or phrase in them
•Another way is the “Search Center” where you can select search parameters. Change ‘Search by’ to‘Company’ and enter ‘Velocity’ to search for companies beginning with Velocity.
